Growing up with a family that owned and operated restaurants, Randy Chamberlain was exposed to the professional kitchen at an early age, working through the ranks as a teenager to managing a kitchen that produced 1500 meals a day before the age of 20. Realizing there was more to learn, Randy left the confines of the family business and proceeded to work with the best chefs around, gaining something from each.
Arriving at Windows Restaurant in 1988, Randy realized quickly to forget just about everything he had learned; there was something different going on at Windows.
